Jimmy Desrivières, the gifted chef and embassador of spices of the world is now sharing his other passion to you :  Rums of Martinique, from his native island in the Caribbean. The rums list is joined to the wine list, a selection made by the sommelier Edouard Vimont. A really nice and large selection of agricole rums with a real notion of "terroir" : finish, blended aged, old vintages and time to time awarded rums from TOP RUM, for sure rum lovers will find "the one".
